The employees have already nominated the union organizers to represent t hem in collective bargaining through their attestation of the authorization card. Hence, the best alternative of the management team of Happy Trails is to implore their workers to ask for the return of their authorization cards. The return of the authorization cards would base the illegitimacy of the union organizers and would render their struggle for higher benefits and wages
